The location is excellent, if your plan is to stay and explore the so called White Town of Puducherry. I loved the beautiful, historical building and especially the courtyard swimming pool. The staff was excellent: very polite, helpful, and friendly. My room was beautiful, spacious and clean with excellent amenities. I also enjoyed a lovely Keralan-style massage at their Ayurvedic Centre. Food was tasty and the menu had a good choice of varieties.

I stayed in the dorm room. It was spacious and clean. They offered food (I didn't try, but good price) I loved the chill out area on the rooftop and the host is very kind.
