Everything is good especially the swimming pool. The property is huge with well maintained lawns. They have lots and lots of activities. The staff is well trained and well behaved. It is a very good place for a family holiday.

The chalet was nothing short of a fairytale story. Right at step away from the ocean, the room was stunning. You wake up seeing the ocean and can hear the waves crashing at night while you have a dreamy night. The resort is so romantic, the little lamps along the way, the lights, sandy beaches and so much. Saiket the Duty Manager, Amaya the driver, Amjed the restaurant person, Abhishek the chef and many more made our stay the most memorable stay in the entire life time. GM Anand made us so so so welcomed. We felt so spoilt right from the start to the check out day. This holiday was indeed a blessing and fairytale, thankyou Anand for yet another fantastic and a very emotional memory. We sure to visit again in future and it is only because of the amazing hospitality. Love you team PH, cannot wait to see you guys again xx

This is a gem of a hotel comprising just 6 rooms each with their own individual character set within a lovely period property and each with period furnishings. The estate is not over large but is set in beautifully natural surroundings rich with wildlife and very peaceful. Service is immaculate with fully flexible check in and out times. Breakfast and other meals are freshly cooked to order at any time served to your private room or in the main dining room as you prefer. Special mentions to Vishal and Hari but especially to Mr Pandu responsible for the overall faultless running of this charming hotel. We hope to stay again on our next visit to Goa.

The area is quite calm and not so urban.

The area is quite calm and not so urban. Travellers should be prepared for a constant taxi service. Prices are fair but not cheap as in the centre of Margao. ATMs and other services are close to the beaches and accessible within 10min from everywhere. Hospital is available, even bigger and higher class hotels are (if help needed). Restaurants and beach shacks are all of good service and very good food quality.

Beach is very clean and not crowded.

Beach is very clean and not crowded. Sand is very fine and pleasant to walk on. There are enough other activities besides walking and playin gin the water - like boat rides, gliders etc available. A few shacks also available for alternative food. Lifeguards on duty. Water is quite calm and waves are very mild. Tidal pools have some life (crabs, shellfish, fishes etc).

1) Room booked on website & provided different 2) twin beds was confirmed & got a king size during check in I was not informed only after I entered the room found a different room & no alternate room was provided inspite I had received a written confirmation that my preference had been taken care off Bathroom did not have shower curtain all the water splashed into dry areas making it messy slippery for other family members to use Room ac was not cold enough inspite of setting to 16’c Asked for an extra bed in my booking check in was not arranged until I had to follow up twice I don’t expect to be treated like this at a 5 star property Definitely not 5 star basic fundamentals of hospitality missing at 5 star

Excellent beaches!

Excellent beaches! relatively less crowd compared to Calangute, Bagaa, Candolim or the likes clean beach & quite area with out the hustle & bustle of shops so choosing the right property is the key to a fulfilling holiday.

The pool area is really exceptional, the spa and hotel has excellent facilities, good breakfast, plenty of other dining options including on the beach at Kai, staff were helpful and tried their hardest to make the stay 5 star. The beach is only a short stroll from the hotel. I must mention Jestin the Yoga teacher who gave us a lesson each morning - a great way to start the day!

The staff were absolutely brilliant. They represent the true nature of Goan hospitality. Honest hardworking and always helpful with a smile. The garden was beautiful and I loved the plants n trees around. The fields opposite the hotel, so serene so blissful. The restaurant staff as well were amazing, went above and beyond to meet our needs.
