The hotel is located in a strategic position, just next to the Jallianwala Bagh and 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Golden Temple. Heritage Street is a nice and dynamic pedestrian area full of shops and food stands as well. The room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, especially when we had to book a taxi to reach the train station very early in the morning. For a stay in Amritsar I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I stayed 3 nights in the Pilgrim Hotel. It‘s a new hotel. Sunny and his uncle run this hotel. They‘re really nice and help you if you need something, for example a ride to the Wagah Border. Room is clean and Wifi works well. All the main attractions are in walkable distance.

Everything was great. This is definitely a 4star level property. Rooms were beyond expectations in the price they are offered. Comfy beds, clean lenins, beautiful architecture, unique lightning, accommodated anything and everything I requested for, were more than polite, bang on for customer service also, breakfast was fine, I requested for room change thrice once due to AC issue but twice due to my requests and they didn’t even hesitated once to do so, got early checkin without even requesting once, even when they knew they will have to change this room after 2hrs, helped in every guidance I asked for. I stayed for 3 nights and could have easily extended at the same property if required. I will definitely stay with them next time also and would love to recommend to others also.. property is exactly like shown in pics PS: I rarely write reviews, but property deserves to be praised. End to end experience was at par for the price paid. I am adaptive to unavoidable situations hence I don’t compare it with 5 star properties.

We had very pleasant experience. Rooms are very comfortable. 5 mins walk from Golden Temple but on a quiet street. Ujjwal is a great host- He booked our transportation to border and back, got us ricksha to bus stand and even walked us to best kulch restaurant nearby.

Very accomodating staff, especially Kuldeep with his always happy smile. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the golden temple and in the heart of the market area. The rooms are spacious and clean with a comfortable mattress. Kettle was supplied on request and breakfast was good.
