We had a super nice stay here. I found it very difficult to find a good hotel because of all the fake reviews but I can definitely recommend Mukam! It is located in a large street and I always felt safe there. Large room with large bed. Everything very clean and they have a boiler (which you have to turn on in time) and there is a lovely warm shower. The staff is also super sweet and wants to help you with everything. In January it was quite cold so we got an extra blanket and heater. But the air conditioning is also there. We will definitely come back!

The reservation was made very last-minute, but everything still worked out without any issues. The reception staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the check-in smooth and pleasant. One of the biggest highlights was the room itself – it was exceptionally large, far more spacious than expected for this area. Another positive detail: although check-out was officially until 11:00, we left closer to 11:45 and the staff was very accommodating about it. Overall, the atmosphere of the property was comfortable and gave a very good impression.

The location was very convenient and accessible to key attractions/areas. • The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, making the stay comfortable. • Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. • The ambience and overall vibe of the hotel felt relaxing and upscale. • I appreciated the amenities – especially the pool and breakfast buffet which were well-managed. • Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.
