Everything was fine with our stay in Palolem close to the beach and to all restaurants for a good breakfast. The owner is very kind and also included in the rate our laundry. Our room was equipped with fridge and TV. Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows each and most important was very clean!

Location was great, 10 cabins facing each other, 5 either sude. with a very well maintained garden path though the middle leading to the beach. Unlike other places to stay with the same setup there were NO people using it as a cut through which meant it was very private. The rooms were lovely and clean and the guys (Nilan & Sanjaya) simply could not do enough for you, way beyond anything we have experienced before, as example we said the ceiling fan was making a tiny clicking speed (and it was a very tiny noise) they changed it for a brand new one. Rooms cleaned as often as you required, towels changed as required. No noise at all from surrounding area, great for shops or beach both just 3 - 4 minutes away.

This place is perfect! Just off Patnem beach, gorgeous garden and pool! Really spacious and spotlessly clean rooms! Big fridge, smart tv, tea and coffee in the room and a lovely terrace in front of each room. Really good breakfast too!

The room was enormous with a comfy bed. It was clean and the air con worked very well. The location was perfect. A 2 minute walk to the beach. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they extended our check out for us to 1pm even though they had someone checking in at 3pm. All in all a wonderful stay.

Firstly, the room was extremely clean. Toilet is big, very clean, with hot shower facilities. The hotel gives clean towels, bed sheets and everything very clean. The location is 10/10. You can't find better location than this in palolem area. 2min from beach. Second thing is the staff. The lady called Mansi is too good to be true. She helped us through everything. All hotel staff are very helpful. The hotel has own restaurant and bar. You can find amazing tasty food there. Definitely recommend this hotel.
