The property is good and neat - rooms are also well designed. However there was no preparation when a guest arrives- room not ready, had to ask for towel, soap, water and normal routine items had to be asked for. Was told that electric kettle is not for such rooms! There is no mirror in the room and not even in Bathroom. No service support and even had to ask for tea leaf and sugar- no milk sachet, no hot water while it can be a good destination - poorly managed and was not happy.

We enjoyed our stay at Magnet Hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and nice, also comfortable. It was worth the price. The restaurant is good too, the meals were tasty for us (first time visiters in India). The crew in reception are very helpful, they give us the right informations and travel destinations to check. All in all it was a very good experience, thank you for everything. :)

The rooms were very clean and reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive, even during our late-night check-in. They took great care of us throughout our stay. I've travelled across India and explored various resorts across the length and breadth of the country. The level of hospitality one finds at Niraamaya, Kannur, I must say, is unparalleled. We were here last week for my mom's birthday. We stayed here for four days. And we couldn't have found a better place for the occasion. The property per se is pretty well kept and is a sprawling complex of boarding and recreational facilities. They also offer rejuvenation programmes administered by qualified doctors and have a dedicated spa as well as a wellness studio. The best part of Niraamaya though is that right from the staff at the reception - Anuraj, Shamil, Sanya, Sourav, and Harishma and to the staff at the restaurant - Akshay, Bibin, Antony, Aneesha, and Francis, to the staff from housekeeping to the staff keeping the gate - their ONLY agenda seems to ensure one gets a smooth and a comfortable stay. The more one talks to the staff, the more one understands both how passionate they are in their chosen field and how well the management takes care of them. In our case, for example, we hadn't even informed them earlier that we were coming here for an elderly person's birthday. But the moment the team got to know about it, they went above and beyond to ensure there was a flower decoration, there was a delicious payasam served as a surprise to us, etc. Thank you team for helping us unwind and have a wonderful time.
