The location, staff, and facilities, but pls put more effort in cleaning the toilet with disinfectant and add a bible to your room for guests who are Christians. You currently have only a Quran in the rooms.

The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and treated me with incredible hospitality. The room is well equipped and exceeded my expectations. The location is amazing with a lot of great shopping near. I cant suggest this place enough. It felt safe, clean, convenient, comfortable. 11 out of 10 in my opinion.
