This hotel is just an exceptional place to stay in! Staff were more than friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home there. Hot water and heating worked outstandingly well and breakfast offered a lot of tasty options. The room came with a coffee maker, kettle, milk foamer and even an iPad! The amenities in the room were of excellent quality and variety. The hotel location is a little away from the town centre, but it is a nice walk and one gets to enjoy fantastic views of the mountains from the hotel. There are a lot of common areas with comfortable sofas, shelves full of books that can be borrowed, outdoor seating and terraces with sun beds and chairs.

Exceptional property. Everything from room cleanliness to food was top notch. The serving staff at the restaurant took fantastic care of us. They had a full South Indian breakfast spread which we really appreciated. Mr. Ramzan had organized the car for us for the full trip (Nubra/Pangong) and everything was smooth.

This is a good hotel with all necessary facilities. I spent only one night there and was not able to evaluate the breakfast, but all other things were ok. The location is bout ten minutes from the central streets (Market etc). When I came, they allowed me to choose one of the two rooms. The first was on the ground floor and had a view on high mountains, but I chose the second, with a balcony and without such a view. I left the hotel very early in the morning - and there were no problems with that (even though the person responsible for that had to wake up). The territory of the hotel is flowery, clean and green and has several chairs where one can have a rest.

Hospitality and food were great. The staff took good care of us and were humble, and not imposing. The owner was very welcoming and gave great recommendations of restaurants and helpful advice for our motorbike trip. The hotel was perfectly clean. There was a parking spot for the rented bike.
