The hotel was great for our stay, especially the stuff. Rai was very helpful with information, taxi booking and all the details we needed. The food was great. Rooms are warm in winter, big and nicely decorated. The best price in Leh, prime location near the market. We returned and we would do it again when possible. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable

Loads of thoughtful touches such as complementary fresh fruit / juice bought to the room, a packed lunch on leaving. My room overlooked the river which was nice background noise and also cooling. There are lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas and endless books, so great for chilling out while acclimatising. I also arrived before 8am, and was offered complimentary breakfast after which my room was ready. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful

On tv, they Even give you Netflix and prime subscription! Haven’t seen that at many places … Excellent courteous staff and great multi cuisine food in the restaurant. Overall an excellent stay.

This is a good hotel with all necessary facilities. I spent only one night there and was not able to evaluate the breakfast, but all other things were ok. The location is bout ten minutes from the central streets (Market etc). When I came, they allowed me to choose one of the two rooms. The first was on the ground floor and had a view on high mountains, but I chose the second, with a balcony and without such a view. I left the hotel very early in the morning - and there were no problems with that (even though the person responsible for that had to wake up). The territory of the hotel is flowery, clean and green and has several chairs where one can have a rest.

Perfect location near town centre, restaurants and shops. Room was fantastic, staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Bed was super comfy and amenities were excellent. Food was really good particularly the breakfast. Great views of snow laden mountains from the room. Highly recommend this hotel.
