1.The local and traditional food Ajit's wife made is incredibly delicious! In the beginning, I saw other people's comments. I cannot believe but now I understand. Moreover, they are not afraid of you eating more and more XD (Please, don't worry about the food, including milk tea they serve. I have to say sorry for my too much mindful consideration first time to Ajit. And, thank you so much for forgetting me.) 2. The vibe of staying in small and quiet village 3. The house owners that I think this is the most important! (Many thanks to Ajit, his elegant&beautiful wife and their considerate daughter Puja!) 4. They will arrange all the stuff for you just when you arrive. Don't need to worry anything! If I can return again, I must visit them. No doubt! I recommend everyone don't saty in a big fancy hotel or holiday village. You will get much more than you think before. Furthermore, don't be shocked by the first photo posted on Google Map. It's long months ago. They are building their second floor and soon it will finish next season. It's not unsafe. Don't worry to stay there.

I loved the campus, rooms, food everything. Landmark is kaziranga’s most popular viewpoint - the kanchanjuri viewpoint. Host prarthana is one of the best host that i have ever met.

From the bus station to the guesthouse it was a 5 minutes walk. The guesthouse is in a quiet and peaceful street with very friendly neighbours. In the night you hear all kinds of jungle sounds and you see fire flys. Beautiful! It was my favorite homestay in Assam, so far. The guesthouse is also very close to the central entrance of Kaziranga National Park.

The hotel’s staff (Govin) is very kind, he even picked me up from the bus stop which I did not expect! And he took me around the area after check-in, showing me the villages and tea gardens before dropping me at the Orchid park. Food was good and affordable. Room is clean with comfortable bed and air conditioning. It’s quiet (was refreshing to be able to sleep without earplugs), location is serene and within walking distance to local market and bus stop, as well as a short 5 minute drive from the Central safari zone.

The location was the best thing about this property. It’s located right on the main highway. The staff and hospitality was excellent. The food at their restaurant was comforting and amazing. The pool had the perfect temperature to dive right in.

Everything. Our stay was perfect, we enjoyed ever single minute at the hotel, so much that besides going to the safari we stayed at the hotel all the time just to enjoy the facilities. We were very kindle upgraded to a room with double balconies. It was extremely clean ( cleaning OCD talking here:) ). Mattress was very comfortable. Everything is well thought, very well designed, attention to details. The infinity swimming pool overviewing the tea plantation is gorgeous. Great gym. I had a very pleasant massage at the spa. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. The bathroom, we can't stop talking about it, we realized that in India a regular shower like we know in Europe or USA is very uncommon, but at the red river it's a high quality 5* hotel bathroom, large actual real shower, great waterpressure and unlimited hot water. The general atmosphere at the hotel is very relaxing. The gardens are incredible with so many employees working on a daily basis to keep it neat. The best hotel we stayed at in India. We highly highly recommend!!
