Sunil and his wife were just lovely. We had an unforgettable and comfortable stay at their place. Their homemade malvani food was one of the best we had so far on our indian trip. Room was very clean and safe space for bicycles available.

What a unique place to stay ! A beautiful palace hosted by the royal family of Sawantwadi. We stayed here last week and it was much much more than your regular hotel experience. The friendly Prince and Princess showcased their exquisite culinary skills with a vibrant menu of tasty Japanese, Korean and Indian dishes. Dining was a delight and the care of the friendly staff was next level. The rooms were stately and the generous pool was fantastic to lounge beside. We learnt that Shraddha, the Princess, was standing in the local mayoral election fighting to clean up politics and to keep young women safe. On the day we were leaving we found out she had won. How lucky we were to be there for the celebrations ! Only an hour from Goa, if you want something entirely different on holiday the Sawantwadi Palace Boutique Art Hotel is a must. We loved it!
