The Exemplary Service can be experienced at every single touchpoint rather 24 hours before you physically step at the property, such a picturesque well-maintained property complemented by exceptionally courteous staff. We are so thankful to the entire team @ Rajvilas for making our time so memorable especially for my kids who unfortunately seldom experience this beauty and warmth of India. Special mention of tireless service by Abhishek Chowdhury, Paras, Shiv, Shubham and Thanks to Kushagra Seth for such exquisite and scrumptious spread / recommendations on food during our stay. you guys’ really ROCK. THANK YOU, team n hope to see you soon. P.S. Super warm and cute personal, we really love out stay at the hotel! Hotel itself is pretty good. Yeah, the building is pretty old, however it's a historical building with great architecture and people living there (it is the family hotel). Also we forgot our jackets in the hotel, but the hotel team helped and send them to us! Also once we checked out, the hotel owner shared with us super cute hand-made notebook! We really enjoyed to stay there and can recommend it for each single person!

One of the best stays we've ever had! Pearl Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel is truly a hidden gem. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a heritage style, with each room thoughtfully designed to reflect a different city or region in India. We were lucky to stay in the Jaisalmer Suite, which I had dreamed of, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. The room was spacious and stunning, with an incredibly clean and fantastic bathroom, and we even had a small balcony to enjoy the view. The food was great, and the price was incredibly reasonable for such an authentic and beautiful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special and authentic stay in Jaipur! 😊

Nice, very clean, they use modern system of communication with guests, very good food, always helpful stuff, I rate 10/10. :) The accommodation is located right in the city center, near all the important sights, everything is within a few minutes by foot. However, you should be aware that you can hear the city noise in the room, it is bearable for a few days. Thank you for a lovely stay. :-)

Kanota itself is a busy town by the main highway.

Kanota itself is a busy town by the main highway. It is a fair drive (45 mins) from the major Jaipur sightseeing spots. There is a supermarket, liquor shop & many small shops a short walk from the hotel. We saw no other tourists during our stay & were quite an oddity for the locals! There may be local sights to visit but they were not advertised / sign posted & we never found them. In hindsight, we would have been better to stay the extra 2 nights in Jaipur itself.
