The staff were very pleasant ,went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The watchman,reception, and staff at the restaurant made sure that I had a good stay at the hotel.The food was very tasty and good. I enjoyed the Hi Tea in the evenings at the restaurant on the 8th floor. The staff Manisha,Pradew,David and Saransh were so helpful,polite,pleasant at the restaurant. Everything about the stay was exceptional. My flight while coming from the North was delayed 3 times instead of 6pm I reached at 11pm. The airport transfer taxi was waiting steadfastly, I was received at the airport by hotel staff, then the check in was also promptly done in the room. The room was also decorated as requested. Ms Prachi at front desk did not rush us for checkout.

A mix up of traditional and modern living style city . Haven for eaters specially biryani and tea . On each corner you can find biryani and cafe . Frankly its a business only to hype Hyderabad name in Biryani . But for me reality is different , i tried many high rated biryani house , there is noting and has no special test as announced in media and allover .Biryani is not good in the places where i visited i.e. Paradise , Pista House , Shadab , Shah Ghosh etc. Don't waste time in city for dine in in big name biryani house . You will get upset for sure

Hyderabad is a city for everyone. Each area has places to suit all pockets. The traffic can be tough at times but people are very pleasant and excellent food options. It is clean except some infested areas (if you know what i mean). Great for wedding shopping .

A great Taj property with very reasonable price. I guess there prices are most reasonable in entire 5 star hotel chain in Hyderabad. Without any double thought one should book this. All the parameters food, cleanliness, accommodation, response time of staff, wifi, washrooms, comfort, space were top notch. One should definitely visit this hotel for the stay or any functions.
