The room was very clean and well maintained. The owner was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The place felt comfortable and homely, and all the facilities were in good condition. We had a pleasant experience overall and would definitely recommend this stay to others.

The property is in a great with a local shop over the road, serving Chai & everyone super friendly. easy to get to all the main beaches, mangrove boardwalk etc. Beds were very comfy, good WiFi to stream movies. Cute outdoor area with views over the river and bridge. The property was exceptionally clean and Alfred sorted out a moped for us and tuktuk to the bus terminal when we left.

Very calm place with new and clean rooms. The owners were super nice and helpful- they even picked us up on the way to the house and called us a Tuktuk for the way back. The food was delicious!!!

The property was next to the river in a very peaceful area. However, it was only a short walk to the Mangrove Boardwalk and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, in a beautiful property. The host was pleasant and helpful.

No AC. West facing room was like an oven in the afternoon.

No AC. West facing room was like an oven in the afternoon. The bathroom was stinking of some rubbish...Room and bathroom were very clean. Surroundings were not clean. Okay for a one-night stay but careful of afternoons as it's gets hot !! No electric kettle or tea facility in the room. One can a better room in the city closeby for a few hundred rupees more with better facilities.
