It looks newly built so everything was very new and clean . It’s close to the airport. The rate was very good . The bed was comfortable. The food was good in the restaurant. The only negative was that my pillow was too firm

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful hotel during my trip to the city, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and exceptional service from the host, who was always available to provide help and advice, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is quite well maintained, with easy access to public transport and close proximity to the city's main road. One of the highlights of the location is its proximity to the city's nice and big zoo, which was a treat to visit during my stay. Additionally, the host was kind enough to provide me with an umbrella when it unexpectedly started to rain, showing attention to detail and care for guests' comfort. The rooms at the hotel were not only clean but also spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. I was pleasantly surprised when the host upgraded my room for free, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. One of the standout features of my stay was the excellent food served at the hotel. The menu offered a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I must say, the food was simply delicious. . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay during their visit to the city.

The hotel was very comfortable, Queen rooms were large enough with a good bathroom and inclusive toiletries. Varied choice of Indian and Western food for breakfast. All the staff were exceptional. Location was great to participate in the Durga Puja temple festival. I would recommend this hotel

Staff and their hospitality. Room and toilet smelt awesome . Food provided at the hotel tasted good. Free covered parking for cars provided. They lovingly felicitated my husband with traditional Assamese shawl. 😊 WiFi was really good. Television,air conditioner and fan worked well too. Property located in a very central location. Good for some, maybe crowded for others. Didn’t matter to us. Thanks to Mr. Manav K and his team.

I stayed overnight. Enjoyed a river cruise on Brahmaputra. The homestay I stayed at was excellent. Ola, Uber, Swiggy, Zomato, all the modern necessities are available at fingertips. It's one of my most favourite cities in India. However, one blip diluted the entire experience. One uber driver reacted aggressively because he wanted me to speak to him in Assamese. The moment I mentioned I don't know the language, his demeanor became hostile. Every language and culture has its unique beauty. But a few unscrupulous people spoil the experience for others. Guwahati is as much a part of India as any other Indian city. It belongs to all of us equally, whether I am from North, South, West or East India. At the same time, I met other Ola and Uber drivers who were very polite and helpful. Overall, this experience has become a beautiful memory. Thank you Guwahati.

It's my 2nd home, I love it so so much...

It's my 2nd home, I love it so so much... More due to Maa kamakhya's presence but the city itself is safe and beautiful... maa Kamakhya temple and umananda is the must visit... Apart from that, visit Assam State museum, war memorial, nehru park, Brahmaputra heritage, dighuli pukhuri(for fast food and quick bites), Guwahati planetarium, IIT Guwahati if you are allowed it's a heaven place (we were allowed as we were there for an event and also we ourselves were IIT Patna students)....

bathroom dirty no water bottle no water heater no AC room and bathroom and balcony dirty never go again this hotel my suggestion is don't book in future very rude behaviour receptionist i don't know her name ?? Bathroom have cockroach 🪳 to much bathroom condition very bad no hygeine

compared to other big cities, it is less polluted, cosmopolitan and very friendly people. Casa Mia guest house was awesome! such cheap rates and such cleanliness! especially the bathrooms were spotless. the greenery was amazing with so many wild animals.

Guwahati is gateway to N.E India. It is developing fast. It can be considered a metro city. There are many spots for sightseeing in and around specially Brahmaputra river cruise in the evening also one cannot sum up Guwahati without mentioning Kamakhya temple. Very holistic place with positive vibes.

It is a nice place to visit and I have been to Guwahati for third times. The food is very simple and good. The city is overall clean and beautiful with surrounding hills. The beautiful and famous Kamakshya temple and Brahmaputra river is the attractions.

We were a group of 6 members from Arunachal Pradesh, comprising four adults and two kids. We had booked two rooms and stayed at Arna Residency for four nights. As per our personal experience, the hotel staff,right from reception, housekeeping to the restaurant, were very cordial and helpful. The hotel has a spacious parking area, and the location (Silpukhuri) is also perfect for commuting to other neighborhoods of Guwahati city. In a nutshell, it's a home away from home.

It is a new hotel that seems to be still under construction as we could hear the noise of construction workers on the floor above. The room is quite spacious and clean. The bathroom is also of good size and has the basic amenities provided. We were served dinner in our room and did not have breakfast as we were leaving for the airport very early. On the whole, it is a good place to spend a night, especially if one has to catch an early morning flight.

I really like the coziness and the cleanliness of the hotel rooms we were provided with and I think its worth for money. I like that the walls were made soundproof-like and the room service was also fast and efficient. Honestly I would stay again if I had to ever go to Guwahati again.
