I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience as a solo woman traveler. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and welcomed, which is essential for anyone traveling alone. The service at this resort is impeccable. The staff, including the boatman who greeted me upon arrival, were genuinely hospitable and attentive. The reception team made check-in effortless, and their warm smiles made me feel right at home. I also want to extend my gratitude to the accounting staff, who went above and beyond to assist me with my saree when I needed help. Their kindness and readiness to assist made all the difference. I also appreciated the janitorial staff, who maintained the premises impeccably and were always approachable if I had any questions or needed anything. Their attention to cleanliness and detail added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the resort. The food at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort was outstanding! The chefs provided a delightful array of options, and I was pleasantly surprised by how frequently the staff would call my room to check if I needed to order dinner. This level of attention and care is truly commendable. Overall, my stay at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort was an enriching experience. The combination of excellent service, safety, and delicious food made my trip memorable. Excellent stay and comfort at a very reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had no issues and the complementary breakfast was excellently made. We had a very premium experience. Coming to the rooms, they were clean, neatly kept and dust free. Couples would have complete privacy as the rooms are separated and intentionally designed to be private.

Ajeesh is an excellent host who accommodated us in his complex beyond our expectations. Don't know where to even start saying good things about this place. Host went above and beyond with his hospitality and insuring our every need and wish is fulfilled :) The place is a magnificent silent property on the lake out of the beaten path! Ajeesh organised us a private boat tour on the backwaters in the small canals that was just unreal. Since we experienced backwather tour in Allepey, this put the Allepey one to shame. The one we did here was like a dream, a real authentic Kerala backwathers with no other boat and tourist in sight. We loved every minute of the 3 hour long tour with Thileken and wish it never ended. Ajeesh and his team prepared us delicious meals whenever we wanted and was best for us. Accomodation is just on the lake with a lot of birds and is just a perfect place for nature lovers and especially birdwatchers. We woke up very early just to look at sunlight that you can see from the accomodation. Really there are no words to explain this fantastic place. Loved every minute of our stay here.
