The Hotel is quite new and very clean and neat. The room was comfortable with good amenities. There was supply of Tea and coffee on each floor. There was Aqua water available in the reception. The Breakfast was excellent. It was serve to order. The Hotel is very near to airport if you want to catch flight. Staff is very good.

This hotel is great and I always stay here when getting a plane from/to Bangalore. In fact it’s very close to the airport and on the way to Sadhguru Sannidhi. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They provide toiletries, including thoothbrush , thoothpaste, com, razor and anything you might need. This was very handy as they misplaced my luggage’s at the airport. The staff helped me to retrieve the luggage that was delivered the day after thanks to their efforts. I am really grateful for the service provided and will definitely stay again.

Drapes were switch controlled which I was not aware of as...

Drapes were switch controlled which I was not aware of as the switch was not showing the display well..the staff could have informed, it was one bad experience as the room was not dark in the night and I had no experience with electric drape control. This is a very bad experience for me.

the traffic in Bangalore was "intreresting" to say the least we had a car and driver provided by the Hotel (Taj Bangalore) which was very good if we had hired a car i would still be there trying to get out of Bangalore

The hotel is quite close to the airport so it was convenient to get there. I landed early in the morning (4am) and the staff accommodated and met me at the reception at this late hour. The staff were very friendly, they asked me if I wanted something special for breakfast as I looked very lost when I came to the restaurant, I can’t eat spicy food so they made me a plain omelette and toast.

"We’ve stayed here many times before and always had a good experience, but this time was very disappointing. The reception staff were rude and unprofessional. It felt like they were trying to charge us extra in any way they could. Due to the poor treatment, we decided not to check in and went to a nearby hotel instead. Unfortunately, this was our worst experience with this property."

location in Bangalore is everything since there are always traffic jams. So being next to the airport when needs to take a flight is a big plus. the whole facility is very well maintained. very very clean and fulfil every aspect of a top notch Hotel in Europe
