I had a chance to stay in this hotel many days & enjoy a kind attitude from staff of that Hotel. Everything is nice, clean & new there: furniture, bed’s stuff (soft mattress and pillows), washroom’s stuff (the towels new, soft and smell fresh). There is a nice bar with friendly bar tenders, kind attitude, fast service and yummy drinks🍹! They have a big menu includes Indian and European food. Chefs can cook for you even Mediterranean yummy food, as well! 🥗 There is a convenient location. So close to Kovalam beach where you can enjoy brizz and beautiful view of the sea. I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, modern, and had a great view of the city. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

The hotel actually delivered what it promised. Rooms were clean, AC worked without drama, and the staff didn’t behave like they were doing charity. Wi-Fi speed was fast enough for video calls. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but at least it was hot and fresh. Worth the money. I’d stay again without thinking twice.
