What I liked most about my stay at Sunhill Portico was the cleanliness and hygiene of the room, which made the experience very comfortable. The spacious bath added a touch of luxury. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The delicious food, beautifully presented, was another highlight. The attention to detail with toiletries and room amenities made me feel truly cared for. Overall, the superb value for money and exceptional service stood out the most.

The hotel is very luxurious, occidental style. It has an amazing restaurant and pretty & comfy rooms. The taxi service is also very good. They gift you a glass of juice when you arrive and they even took care of our bags for a week free of charge before we checked in while we were doing a trek in the Himalaya. Breakfast is good and varied, and very stylish interiors. An oasis in the caos of Siliguri! Really reccomend!

The staff is very welcoming. Front desk has great welcoming service. They all care about your stay. Kitchen staff cares for you and your food. They go above and beyond to make the stay better. I want to thank the front desk, I would like to thank Deb and Asim in the kitchen. It is always a great stay at the lemon tree.
