Excellent staff! They went out of their ways to make our stay comfortable. Food ordered was promptly delivered (and was great too). Location was excellent for us as it was close to airport and also not too far away from our places of interests. We were greeted with wreaths of flowers and a welcome gift awaited us in our room. The suite was very large and clean. After everything we had experienced in other cities in India, this hotel is a luxurious oasis of well-being. We had a good laugh when we even found a second toilet after an hour. That's how big the suite was! I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely book this hotel again when I come back to Kolkata.
