The property is at an excellent location and is very professionally maintained. The level of amenities is extraordinary for the price. But the major differentiator is the guide book and itinerary that the owner takes the time to patiently explain. Charming heritage property perfectly located in a quietful area just 5 minutes away from the airport and about 30 minutes away from the wonderful Golden Temple. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, but most importantly extremely quiet. Full selection of room amenities are provided in the room and on request, including large drinking water bottles. We were particularly impressed with the quality and flavours of the food provided both at breakfast and dinner/room service, our compliments to the Chefs and kitchen staff. However - most importantly - an excellent service was provided from the entire staff, starting from the security at the entrance, bell boy, housekeeping and F&B service. Even the room service team on the phone were extremely professional and knowledgeable, particularly Mr. Dilpreet who delivered the order in person was exceptional while introducing the food with a genuine care and enthusiasm. A special recognition and thanks to the exceptional Mr. Jagroop who assisted us with our belongings with great care and professionalism and Mrs. Manjit of Security who always welcomed us with the greatest smile ever. Thank you and see you again next year!

Its a religious n historical place for sikhs.

Its a religious n historical place for sikhs. Though people from other faiths are also allowed to visit Gurudwara Harmandar saheb. Amritsar is an old city. The infrastructure is very old may be before 1947(Independence). Nearby Gurudwara, roads are Very conjusted in day time so it would be better to park your vehicle n travel by easy rickshaw. Its feels very lively while visiting there. I always feel blessed to visit Gurudwara Harmandar saheb (Dhan Guru Ramdas Saheb ji). I would suggest you to visit once n get the blessings of Guru Ramdas ji🙏🏼🙏🏼

One of the most peaceful devotion places you can visit in India. Not crowded in the early morning, and full of respectful devotees. Being a woman travelling solo in the area, it was really comforting the welcoming atmosphere of the area.

Very Friendly city and the food is so good.

Very Friendly city and the food is so good. Some of the cab guys can keep pushing you to go to shops that they want you to go to. Do a check with reviews to decide where you want to shop and eat. A four day trip would have covered it better ( we stayed for 2 days). Go to the War Museum on the way to the Pakistan border also

Amritsar is a must visit place for all travel loving folks. There are some beautiful locations which are breathtaking in Amritsar. I visited the iconic Golden Temple of Amritsar and also spent some time in Nexus Ambarasar Mall. Getting across Amritsar is simple & easy with Rapido bike services available in Amritsar. What I didn't like in Amritsar was the heaps & heaps of garbage lying across all the roads & bylanes of Amritsar.
