Almost Everything. The staff, the facilities, the location. They gave us the suite - a better room. There were a huge jacuzzi in the bathroom and the kud ( 5.5 YO ) LOVED it. The price was very much ok too...
We Would definately come back.

I used to live here for a long time, so I am biased.
I used to live here for a long time, so I am biased. It's as bustling as ever, despite the challenging times. The old city is undergoing a revival, and the upper city remains nice, however Hadar seems to be sinking into further neglect in some areas.
There aren't a huge number of attractions, but there are a few museums, gardens and parks (including the Baha'i gardens), and lots of restaurant options.

A fully integrated city where Christians, Muslims, Druze and Jews coexist harmoniously. The richness of that reality is on view everywhere. We were in town during the Christmas season, and, while subdues due to he war, was visible and festive nonetheless. The city architecturally is fascinating ad of course the port of Haifa is mesmerizing. It is a hilly city situated on the Carmel range and so the views are breath taking. Bring binoculars.

The hotel cheated the clients.
The hotel cheated the clients. They sent me a WhatsApp: if I pay HKD500 more, I cant get a seaview room. But in a face, all the hotel rooms are faced the sea. Our friend no deed to pay any more, they also got the same seaview room as us.
Even I complainted several times, but the hotel had no any reply.
I am so angry for that.

We liked Haifa very much ,you can make very good sight seeing tours from there ,it is nearby to all the places ,were Jesus Christ has been ,like Tabgha with the church of multiplication, the sea of galiley, Kapernaum ,Nazareth, and many more. The gardens of Bahai. All destinations are not so far away from Haifa, so we could make a lot of sight seeing from there ,and come back in the evening and maybe eat so delicous food in the bar restaurant at the beach and refresh ourselfs in the sea, it was just perfect. The water is still very warm until the morning .

Haifa is a beautiful city.
Haifa is a beautiful city. There are plenty of places to visit there and it is a city filled with a great variety of food and culture. I specially liked the bars and restaurants around the fruit and vegetables market. And the most important you have public transportation on Saturday which is very important for the traveler and is so uncommon in the rest of Israel.
We arrived at this beautifully renovated building at the center of downtown Haifa, following informative texts from the host (who is the best; even after I accidentally entered the wrong room he was super nice about it). The apartment is spacious, clean, well kept and although above bars&restaurants it is super quiet. Besides the perfect location for everything (nightlife, morning coffee, public transport, shopping etc) the apartments are privet, well designed and well equipped for a long stay as well as for a quick getaway from life.
That's one of the best boutique hotels I've been staying in around the world. Everything is designed and decorated with a great attention to detail, both in the room and in the little checkin/breakfast area. The breakfast was also amazing, not a simplistic toast/jam kind of continental breakfast, they had some very tasty omelet, a selection of great cheeses, bread spreads, etc. And the bread was the best that I had in Haifa.
All in all, a perfect place, highly recommended.
First of all: this is not a five-star hotel. The main point here is that this is a sub-100 bucks hotel that actually doesn't suck. We got accommodation for around 50 EUR per night here, when all the stays at Haifa would have been 100 EUR and more, AND it was not only bearable, actually it was quite ok. Plus the staff was very kind and proactively helpful.
Lovely hotel. Clean n everything you needed.
Huge breakfast ( which they organised for us super early as we were going out that day )
Very helpful staff.we arrived with no cases after a mixup at the airport, n staff went out their way to help .
Including finding us charger cables for our phones .
Lovely stay
Nice simple room with great a.c,great TV and great shower. The room was chill as we walked in for the first time(the cooled the room for us up ahead) and they left chocolate as 1 bottle of water. Hotel has parking(but very very small).it has roof top to view Port of Haifa, nice lobby
The location is super nice. From balcony, you can see the Garden. The Garden is more nice at night with lights than at day time. The hotel is at downtown, very convenient, many restaurants and stores nearby. The staff is very helpful and you feel you stay at your home.
They do all the best they can to make us feel special and comfortable
It’s very clean hotel and also the rooms. Breakfast was very good .
also they make for us a fruits plate with a bottle of wine to make us feel special and enjoy our stay.
Parking is available
Breakfast is wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. I love the pool and all the green space. The location is just
perfect and it's perfect for families. We were going to take a cruise out of Haifa and the port is so close to the hotel.
Hotel is great, staff too, but there is no more food after 10PM, and parking cost was completlelly dfferent from what was informed. much expensiver, and front desk could not explain. It is a private parking charged apart from the Hotel
The breakfast is good. The view of the bay from the room is great. Note that the breakfast in this hotel used to be outstanding. Now unfortunately the breakfast is not as good as it used to be, the orange juice is NOT freshly prepared.
Super cute hotel in Haifa. It opened in 1930 but has great modern features like super strong AC and comfy beds. On major bus lines and walking distance to the train. Easy check in, and cold filtered water available anytime!
A great location and a great small hotel, every room has the port view and although the rooms are small they're very comfortable. Also the price was very affordable which is unusual for hotels in Israel.
The staff at the hotel are hard working people who do their best under difficult circumstances.
To be fair, we were offered a 50% discount for one night due to the excessive noise until after 1:30 am.
very nice hotel with good location
nice breakfast
Mr. Ilan is very nice, kind, helpful person.
If you are in Haifa, don’t look for another place and make your reservation in advance!!!!
The location is excellent, close to all the Haifa attractions I wanted to visit, close to restaurants, quiet, very clean, confortable bed, great communication from the hotel
