We had a lovely relaxing stay in this peaceful retreat over the Christmas break. Perfect for a country break. We loved the open fire and it was well stocked with dvds and books. 20 minute drive to the beautiful Kilkenny city. There was a lovely wood close by for a walk.

It had the basics (coffee, tea) plus scones, milk and even more. Loved it and appreciate them offering these commodities. Other places don't include the basics and I'm avoiding to go to them. We can't be traveling equipped with salt, oil, coffee, etc everywhere we go.

Amazing farm location with friendly hosts and fantastic amenities! Table tennis table and pool table was super fun to have. The hosts were gracious enough to give us some milk, cream and scones home made on the farm! They were very flexible with check in time. Overall would highly recommend the stay!

Reception very helpful. It was later in the day when we arrived so after a quick walk were able to have a very nice dinner and drinks in the Hibernian Bar accompanied later by an Irish band. Breakfast was excellent and everything we needed was supplied in our room. Right opposite the Palace and Design shop I came here to visit.
