The breakfast was fine but we only had a short time to eat because we had to get the first shuttle to the airport. The shuttle came on time. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent location within walking distance of many top attractions and also close to hop-on hop-off tourist bus service. Excellent breakfast, well worth paying extra for, and very friendly, helpful staff.

I had an unusual dinner in the restaurant on the night I stayed, I had never had food like it before, it was good but unusual.
I din not have breakfast, so I believe €100.00 would have covered my bed in the hotel.
The TV station were limited so I just read my book.
I will stay there again, but for JUST a bed WITHOUT breakfast €100.00 would be a good price.

the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated...
the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated being so close to the airport as it made my onward journey much easier. The price for a room for one person was 239 euros, which I find extortionate whether or not this is what hotels in Dublin charge. The breakfast was a buffet which was very disappointing. I expected table service for breakfast at this price. The food had been picked over and it was just not good enough.
the reception staff on arrival were excellent and welcoming. The restaurant staff were lovely. Drinks and food are overpriced in my opinion.

Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet...
Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet only 20-30 minutes by bus from Dublin. We had lunch in the on-site restaurant, and although it took longer than expected for our pizza, all the food was well prepared and tasty. Staff was accommodating, providing fans for the room as requested, and check-in & -out was a breeze.

Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel!
Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel! Anyone staying more than one night would go to Dublin or other areas of Fingal, but there is not much in Santry other than the shopping center and DUB airport!!

We were there purely for attending the Santry Sports Clinic...
We were there purely for attending the Santry Sports Clinic and it was well located for this purpose. There also seemed to be regular shuttles to the airport. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meals. The staff were great.
I should clarify that this is for the Crowne Plaza, not Holiday Inn Express. The shuttle driver told us when we were picked up at the airport that we were going to the “sister hotel”. And sure enough they had our reservation.
That being said, we had a very comfortable stay. Just an overnight to get back to the airport. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The buffet in the morning was spectacular, I wish I could have had a leisurely breakfast rather than rushing off. The airport shuttle was very convenient.
We stayed for one-night after our late evening flight on New Years Eve arrived in Dublin. The shuttle was still running and it was short ride to the hotel. We got an upgrade to a bigger room, which had a second bedroom with bunkbeds for children, if needed. The main bedroom was very large and comfortable. We had booked breakfast and it was very delicious and filling, with lots of choices and fresh fruit. Great way to start the day!
We booked the Holiday Inn Express (Dublin Airport), due to arriving back very late from a trip to Italy. To our surprise, we were informed that the Hotel had closed and that we were being 'upgraded' to the neighbouring Crowne Plaza. The upgrade was superb, with a magnificent breakfast, wonderful room and great facilities. The staff were all very courteous and nothing was a problem.
Good hotel for early departure!
Nice lounge and good food and service! Comfy bed!
The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport which we really appreciated! We arrived early and they let us store our luggage while we went downtown to explore Dublin! A bit far from downtown but very helpful in calling a taxi.
Great location for the night before an early flight from Dublin airport. The shuttle bus service was very handy. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant was good. We left too early for the included breakfast but provided us with a basic packed breakfast.
The restaurant was a nice place to go to get out of our room for a bit. The only patrons of the restaurant were from the hotel, there was a sign posted that only those who were staying at the hotel could eat there, which led us to wonder why.
Spacious and comfortable room. Very clean and neat. Reception staff at checkin (Thiago) was very nice and friendly. The shuttle service to & from the airport was efficient and well organized. Moreover, the hotel is very close to the airport.
Excellent location near Dublin airport and next to a nice park. My room had a view of the park. Comfortable, modern hotel with good restaurant. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Quiet and clean. Good fitness room. Free airport shuttle.
Location near airport, ease of taking shuttle, amazing value for Dublin! Taking bus into town super easy and quick, so no reason to pay high in-town prices. Rooms superior. Restaurant very good.
Room was spacious and clean. Ideal location to get to when travelling from outside of Dublin! Staff were extremely friendly behind front desk. Overall good stay and would come again
