Beautiful place, hotel-castle (more 700 year Ballet castle), hotel part is absolutely new, big size room, kitchen, fridge, toaster and rest essential facilities were included. Fantastic family owners, especially Mrs. Louise. Very kind, friendly opening person. Parking on territory of castle. Hot croissants at morning from Mrs. Louise were unforgettable. Peace place. Curragh House Lodges had everything we needed and we enjoyed our two nights there. The rural setting is lovely, as is the forest walk nearby. Veronica and Maurice made us feel very welcome, and we appreciated the added touches of wine, bread and milk, very much.

Exceptional stay right from the beginning! Liam greeted us upon arrival, we were promptly checked-in and offered a lovely arrival taste of Irish whiskey. Our room was ready and our bags were swiftly taken to the room without even having to request it. The room was lovely, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The spa was a delight, as were the pool and jacuzzi offering. Bloom was a great spot for an evening cocktail before heading into town or dinner. Bikes were available free of charge and we enjoyed ourselves immensely exploring Cork on them! Highly recommend stay at Hayfield, we will absolutely be back!

A very peaceful stay at Minane Brisge.

A very peaceful stay at Minane Brisge. You need a car to get around it is a Band B so no dining facilities. Ok to bring food back and eat in breakfast room . There are stairs , rooms are on 2 levels .
