One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Unique location by the coast, very nice interior design. Very friendly staff. The room was a bit too cold for us in the beginning but they were very accommodating and turned up the heating. There's a beautiful restaurant/bar (also for a lovely breakfast), a cute cafe and a cozy pub with live music and excellent burgers.

This was one of the best accomodations of our stay in Ireland! Louise was a super friendly and helpful host. The accomodation was a beautiful, quiet, very well appointed little cottage at the side/back of a nice home, just outside of town. This 2-storey cottage was pleasant and roomy for our family of 4 adults and nicely decorated...felt like a home. Upon arrival, there was fresh bread, butter & jam for us. Louise also recommended some places to eat dinner, which turned out great. She also delivered laundry soap to us when we needed to do some washing. The town of Miltown Malbay in Co Clare was nice, and close to to the surf beaches of Lahinche, which were amazing. We would definitely return to this lovely place!

John at Sycamore exceeded my expectations! I started to run the half marathon in Kilkee. John greeted me with tea and refreshments, had all the best recommendations for Kilkee and Ireland, and was absurdly kind. The breakfast in the morning was gourmet, delicious and beautiful. I recommend 100 percent. I only wish I could have stayed longer.
