The thought and small touches - from the handwritten welcome letter to the basket of complimentary goodies to aid sleep. It is a beautiful hotel, and we felt at home from the moment we walked through the doors. Friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay as happy as possible. The staff were all so friendly and informative with all their answers to our many questions. The room was spacious, comfy and the shower was fantastic! We were blown away by the amazing gourmet breakfast. Firstly a whole stack tray of treats such as a blueberry smoothie, yogurt and fruit, scones and health bread, and jams. Then a choice of several gourmet hot dishes. All in all exceptional.
