The Tara is a newly renovated hotel in a wonderful location with free parking available adjacent to the hotel. Very well appointed large room with a lovely view of the water. Helpful staff, great restaurant for all meals, separate bar, spotlessly clean- it was excellent at every level.

A beautiful apartment, so cosy and comfortable. The view out over to sea from the living area is amazing . The host is so friendly and left us a welcome basket of goodies . The host was so kind to contact us to let us know we could check-out later than the usual time because of the snow . We loved the bedroom , a very good nights sleep . It was brilliant that we could bring our Fur friend with us . The shower is outstanding The area is so peaceful We loved absolutely everything and will definitely stay again Thank you so much 😊

This was an absolutely amazing stay! The view from our room was simply breathtaking - like a perfect picture. The hosts were so friendly; they truly made us feel at home. Our stay at Puffin Lodge was incredibly comfortable and proved to be excellent value for money. It was the perfect retreat to escape the winter weather. Tina went above and beyond as a host, and was always willing to offer help, recommendations, or anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here.

The village of Dunkineely is a lovely place to be based for people who like to enjoy the beautiful countryside of Donegal. there are so many places to visit you are spoilt for choice. The road can sometimes be busy but remember the good road network enables visitors to get easily around to places of interest
