Everything was excellent. They even left an adaptor for my European charger at the reception as I asked. Answered all my questions about the way to get to the place. Thanks! There is a live music in the pub in the evening. Breakfast was very good.

We and our dog Martha had a wonderful stay at Teach Ards. Shani welcomed us in such a friendly way and showed us the house and its functionalities. The house is beautifully decorated, has 5 bedrooms and everything we needed. The views and surroundings are just breathtaking. The single-track road to the house is typically for Ireland’s country side - challenging at first but you get used to it quickly. Shani left us bread, cookies, butter and milk behind, which we appreciated a lot but unfortunately couldn’t accept (except the bread) as we don’t consume animal products. We hope to be back again!

This is an exceptional property. Private and quiet with every little detail thought of. It is such a special place and if you want a taste of Ireland and a place to rest and take in the countryside it is perfect. A beautiful brook running through the woods, chickens, ducks and an apple orchard. It is idyllic. We couldn’t believe our luck to spend a night somewhere so beautiful.
