Rooms are very spacious, including very good en suite bathroom. Hotel very warm in winter, and breakfast very satisfying. Had a great evening meal as well, everything was excellent. Conveniently located to explore the historical remains in the town on foot, and the town itself. Staff friendly and hard working.

I stayed here while travelling alone for work to visit the Teagasc Moorepark research centre (only 15 min away). They were kind, welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed, I was really treated like family! Everything about this place is amazing, surrounded by deers, safe and secure parking, warm and clean. Will definitely return. Nice and quiet and only a 5 min walk to the town. Great location. Breakfast was 5⭐️.
