Very helpful staff, especially Mr.Reza. He helped me with the booking of the Airport Train that goes directly to Yogja City Centre. Novotel also provides free airport shuttles to the airport as it’s not walking distance to the airport. The breakfast is delicious. Most importantly, the staff of Novotel holds very high service standards 👍🏼👍🏼

Excellent! In particular, the chef's supervision of buffet breakfast and menu choices and his explanation of Indonesian vegetarian food options was appreciated. Reception desk staff are well trained and friendly. Pool area clean and private.
