Wow! What a brilliant resort. Brand new, the best! Rent the King suite, and you cannot have a better experience. Right on the beach, close to the pools (there are two) with unparalleled views. Take the two boats out if you feel like spending time on the water. Walk through the well designed gardens to the restaurant for your meals. Staff are friendly and aim to please. Spoil yourself with a few nights in this glamorous place. Do not come here for lively nightlife, come if you want to relax in quiet luxury.

This is the best place you can stay in Tejakula and even in Bali! Very nice staff, friendly and wellcoming, we enjoyed the familiar atmosphere. Nice yoga shala, very good meditation class. Great location, quite and surrounded by nature, amazing bungalow and very clean. Very good cooking blending the flavours and creating something harmonious and delicious. Beautiful secluded resort, which is completely off the beaten tourist track. What appealed is the fact that the resort is a wellness type of resort that is particularly suited for those seeking calmness, and being truly away. Also it is non-profit and gives back to local society whilst maintaining very high service standards. From the moment we entered the resort, it felt like being in another world. It is very peaceful in beautiful surroundings, directly at the beach. From your room you can see the sea which is about 30m distance. Rooms are very clean, large, well appointed and have daybeds outside. Restaurant is of good quality with a lot of offerings and excellent service. We did various tours (snorkeling, dolphin watching and tour of the region) - all was arranged by the resort and the experiences were amazing. A local fisherman guided us on a private snorkeling and dolphin watching tour - very nice and knowledgeable, eg the dolphin watching at 6am sunset is unforgettable. The day tour was very well arranged and private and gave us a lot of local insights and experiences that you will not typically get - all done by a fantastic driver/guide. All in all, highly recommended if you are looking for a beautiful, quiet resort outside any tourist area.

This place is amazing. Perfect for just chilling out and relaxing. The staff are amazing they can't do enough for you. No made Santi the manager is brilliant she is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and even gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe villa. The massage's are definitely worth having and very good value.

This accommodation was absolutely amazing. We fell in love with this place. Usually when we travel we are so in hurry, but Les Garden villa helped us to slow down and enjoy the beautiful nature and rest. The first night was a bit challenging according to outside noises (animals or villagers singing evening prayers) but then we used to it and it was so beautiful to falling asleep during this sounds. We miss this already! The accommodation was very clean. We had no problems with insect in accommodation, no mosquitos, flies etc. There was an AC but we didn't use it because temperature in accommodation was fine.

Tejakula is a great place away from the busy tourist areas...

Tejakula is a great place away from the busy tourist areas of the south beaches. There are great Warungs, bars and markets for shopping. We saw waterfalls, temples, hot springs and a family run salt farm. Quiet walks along the black sand beach and making friends with the locals are some of the reasons why we will come back to Tejakula.

The lack of traffic, the water is clean and clear I I live in Cairns on The Great Barrier Reef and found some splendid fresh, alive and undamaged coral to the right of a place called Prana Veda. Friendly people, no one nagging you. I eat wherever the locals eat usually, get a scooter use map app and explore

You have to try hard to discover it.

You have to try hard to discover it. Good for explorers not the typical tourists looking for insta ready things to do! Widis taxi right outside Alamanda resort is a great option to take you around. Widi is reasonable and if he likes you he gets his wife along for a one way drop to give you company.

Has the basics, food, liquor, friendly people and nice views. No footpath to walk on, there was a scooter hire place but I did not need it, has an ATM but not for Aussie Card Holders = that is 1.2km North of town. 3-4 nights here is about the right amount of time.

Away from the hustle and bustle of south Bali super tourist spots. Genuine location near local village - quiet lifestyle of locals. Plenty of day trip options to temples, volcano, waterfalls. Scuba area well known for the reef diving. Just lovely and not a 'try hard' area.

We liked that it wasn't touristy at all.All the little shops down the road were locals shops.we watched locals net fish and make salt.local people drove us to interesting local places.roosters woke us up at sunrise.we could hear the ocean at night.

This is the best place you can stay in Tejakula and even in Bali! Very nice staff, friendly and wellcoming, we enjoyed the familiar atmosphere. Nice yoga shala, very good meditation class. Great location, quite and surrounded by nature, amazing bungalow and very clean. Very good cooking blending the flavours and creating something harmonious and delicious. We had a great stay and hope come back soon! Thank you to you all! Maria & Enrique

The staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and relaxed. The villa is managed exceptionally well, no request too big. We had days of massages and snorkelling, breakfast lunch and dinner cooked for us. Bliss. The location is remote, which if you book here is what you come for. Having said that, the manager will take you wherever you want to go, local waterfalls and traditional rustic Bali waterpark.

This is a slice of heaven. Beautiful, quiet resort with excellent food and spa. The sea is right in front, they have a home reef with abundance of tropical fish. Two pools in serene environment, the villas are tastefullu decorated, comfortable beds. All in all everything is perfect. And the friendliest staff. Smiles all around. We were so happy here. Really glad that this was our last stop in beautiful Bali.
