The location is great and it was cold enough that not need any air conditioner. The floor was too cold, maybe need to bring home slippers. The hot water quite slow but it's okayy, i can wait. overall, it's nice for cheap value.

I like everything, the owner is friendly, helpful if needed. It's worth the price you pay, even though the room equipment is basic, but it's worth the price you pay clean and tidy rooms, not far from the city center and tourist areas.

The resort is a great place for family holidays, especially ones with younger children. You can spend your entire trip here. Though we were out of the resort exploring during the days, coming back to the clean beds, hot water, good wifi, it feels perfect. I liked the buffet breakfast with a view of the lake. The Indonesian dishes are usually good. Definitely try the Soto udang at Pangambatan cafe. You can use Visa to pay here. If you'd like to do sightseeing, they can arrange drivers for the whole day, payment is cash up front. Service here is excellent, especially from Ms Citra, the Room Division Manager.

Nice room with big comfortable bed, chairs and table. Nice balcony with good view. Very kind hostel owner. Welcoming vibe. Pretty near at Mount sibayak, 1 hour by foot to the starting point.

I can see why this place was so highly rated. From start to finish our stay here was perfect. The family are so welcoming and kind. They go above and beyond to help with everything, from booking excursions, cars to helping do laundry. Breakfast was super tasty and it came with a different fresh fruit juice every day. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, the rooms were perfect for the stay.
