Great hotel, great location, great value for money. Entire staff was so friendly! The pools are great. Insider hint: Go up to the first floor infinity pool. Usually not busy at all and closed off for day-pass users. Food options were also decent, especially for breakfast. It's a very accommodating hotel, perfect for people who would also like to work whilst travelling. They even granted us an additional second room for free so that I was able to work a bit in a quiet environment. Top notch service! Of course you hear the nearby mosque, but in our view this is not something one should deduct stars for or complain about. It's part of the culture and country!

Fantastic 😍 relaxing!! We loved everything. This place would everywhere in Europe get easily 5 stars! The service is great, the staff very nice, the food OMG!!! Everything is prepared freshly, ingredients high quality, the taste amazing! The view is stunning. The rooms are very spacious, the bed is very comfy. SO clean. The place is still pretty new and you can see and feel that the owner put a lot of effort to design and built up everything very safe and comfortable. All the materials have a really good quality. We arrived late 8/9 pm, we had been doing a long trip and when we arrived we were very exhausted. But within ten minutes we started to relax and from minute to minute it became even better. We didn't want to leave! But for sure we are hoping to come back again. Also I want to emphasize the great hospitality of the owner - thank you for the wonderful stay Mickey!

We stayed 5 nights at Khophilauvillas and we enjoyed every single second. The rooms are big, super clean and you have the most stunning views from up there. The perfect place to chill or to go to surf from there. The staff is super friendly and helpful and served us every morning a delicious breakfast with the best coffee. No need to do more hotel research! The feedback you see here is not by coincident. Naia is more than a hotel, in the way that its staff makes you feel like you’re coming home after a long day exploring Lombok. Marlissa, the owner, is your vacation mom, always interested. There is no question she and her staff don’t know the answer to. We booked day-trips to secret Gilis and Tetebatu (secret gilis is way more advertised as an attraction, but the Tetbatu-trip was a more incredible experience, with local life, farming culture, scenery, a very refreshing waterfall swim, several black monkeys spotted 10m away++). Naia organizes scooter rental for you as well as taxi transport. Join the live music concert, the vibe is fantastic. We spent five nights here, and are sad to leave, but full of memories.
