Staying at the BC foundation has been a joyous experience. Getting to see the students practice their hospitality skills, anything that you need they are more than happy to provide. We had a nice cooked omelette in the morning with fresh mint tea. You can also support with English learning at the foundation just by talking to the students or even join a class. Nice views of Rinjani and rice fields with a real community feel. Thankyou everyone for our wonderful stay!

This was probably one of my favorite places to stay in Indonesia. The little hut is perfectly located in nature with views of the forest and ricefield. The bungalows is equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. The terrace was probably my favorite spot to have breakfast and read at night. It was SPECIAL place!

We had a lovely stay at the Green Orry inn. We had magnificent views over the rice fields and to the mountains. The hotel was very cozy with a nice, clean pool and situated in a lovely garden with butterflies and lizards.

If you’re thinking wether to come or not to Goa Walet, do not hesitate and come. The owner Ozy is an amazing person who built this incredible place. It’s in the middle of the jungle, peaceful and beautiful views, fresh smells. There’s a pool with fresh water, no chlorine. Ozy does an incredible tour to the waterfalls nearby. A remarkable experience. On top of that, his wife cooks homemade tasteful local food. It was definitely an amazing stay. I wish I could stay an extra night.

Tetebatu is the kind of place where you get a real taste of real people in a beautiful community that does not have a lot, but is wealthy in family, community, hard work, determination, kindness and hospitality. Our hosts went beyond to support our stay and help us navigate the place, the activities and made things so much easier. The room was great, the location was peaceful, and the young guys offering their personal scooters and helping us find places to go was fantastic. It has been the best part of my travels in Indonesia so far.

The food was amazing home cooked local food. The family were so warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Had a great day out with Eddie and the evening chats and music with Jonny were great. A real opportunity to see what life was like for the locals and we would recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful little cabins with a nice eating area over looking rice fields. Really enjoyed playing guitar and singing with them in the evening! Eddy was amazing, would definitely recommend doing the tours with him as he knew a lot about the culture and his english was amazing! It’s a family run business and the mother was the sweetest lady we have ever met. Her cooking was amazing!! The hosts really made us feel like part of the family.
