We really enjoyed the relaxing athmosphere.The owner and his family makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. They organise jungle tours at good prices and with great guides! The rooms are really nice , clean and comfortable ,as the resort is pretty new.We loved every moment spent here, thank you!

once we arrived we had no idea. Then June came to us and she was so nice. She told all about Tangkoko and she kept talking to us until it was so late. Such a nice homestay with everything included. Everything was so cheap. The airconditiong was soooooo wauw. June gave us many recommonondations about the place and they were all wonderfull. such a lovely stay and the people are so nice, really welcoming. I would say this is the best place to stay in tangkoko. We really love June and I hope one day we can see her again. It is really price worthy and the room is soooo good! Good matras, good bed, good airconditiong, good restaurant, good bathroom, … We really loved the place and thus we booked an extra night because it was too lovely. It was hard to say goobye. Please if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Tangkoko, this one is the one you are looking for! June is such a nice host and she is so interesting! We love you June!!!!!!

Staying at Tangkoko Macaca was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just minutes from the entrance of Tangkoko National Park – and we even had black macaques wandering into the garden a few times, which was magical to witness. The accommodation was comfortable and peaceful, providing a great base for exploring the park and relaxing between tours. A special highlight of our stay was our guide, Patrick. He was incredible – deeply passionate about nature, knowledgeable, and respectful of the environment and local culture. He didn’t just help us spot wildlife – he also gave us valuable insight into the local perspective and conservation efforts, which made the experience truly meaningful. Thanks to Patrick and the rich biodiversity of the park, we saw tarsiers, a blue tarantula, black macaques, and a hornbill – it was like stepping into a real-life nature documentary. If you're looking for a comfortable place close to nature, with a guide who genuinely cares, Tangkoko Macaca is the perfect choice. I left feeling inspired and grateful.

We had a fantastic time here! Special thanks to our guide Frankie - thanks to him we saw tarsiers, cuscus and black monkeys. His tour of the park was truly magical - after meeting other tourists with guides, we realized that Frankie was a real hidden gem. And his dolphin tour exceeded all expectations! Frankie is a kind, funny and genuinely passionate person, and we are so glad that we met him. Of course, a special thanks to Rocky and the whole team - we are happy that we were lucky enough to visit you. It was unforgettable!

Big and clean room. Quiet. Food is good and affordable. We booked morning and afternoon tours with the homestay and our guide was great. Kind owner there. Water and coffee/tea available are a plus. As a room was available we could check in early in the morning which is nice to sleep after a night between airplanes and waiting room
