Eka and the team are just awesome hosts. Their newly opened place has 14 rooms allowing a really homey-feeling. They went above and beyond to make sure we really enjoy the stay. Be it organizing a scooter, advice and immediate support with a sick child, or just the great outgoing smiles and kindness. Neat new rooms, pool with a really nice view - and all you need and want to see is close by.

We loved everything at the property. When you arrive we were greeted the second we stepped out of the taxi, welcomed with a cold towel and a drink. Lalu the host was so lovely to speak with, also very helpful and always there to help. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned daily. Breakfast was delicious. If you need a scooter or laundry they will also arrange for you. The rooms also are fitted with a fridge, water and a kettle. I feel like all our needs were met with this stay. 10/10

The family that owns the place are wonderful hosts! It really feels like home. We rented a bike and, after we started riding it, got really scared of the road conditions in Penida (do not get a motorbike unless you’re really confortable driving one!). We called Ayuparwat and asked her to collect the bike as we didn’t want to ride it back (I was terrified) and she was super nice. She came with her husband and got us (and the bike). I couldn’t be more grateful. The place is clean, comfortable and their cute dog is the most adorable! Truly a wonderful place/family that will make you feel like home. The location is ideally located if you’re visiting both the east and west penida. There are three restaurants within walking distance which are quite good.

staff was verry friendly and the satay was soo good! the house was verry clean but the smell in bathroom after the shower was sooo bad. is not cheap but also not to high for what you get for. the roads are verry bad in Nusa Penida and when there are so many tourist Chinese, Korean and Indian people coming to this Island. The local people must invest in their main roads and how to keep this Island cleaned without trowing plastics and trash nearby the roads... mother nature wil bee angry about this.

This hotel was an amazing stay with such friendly staff, who made us feel welcome from the moment we got to the property. It was such an tranquil experience staying at Santulan as there was such a calming and relaxing vibe. There was only one local restaurant by the hotel, but we found it was a good escape from the tourists of Nusa Penida island. The breakfast every morning was a nice touch too. Overall an amazing stay and experience.

Small hotel, located near the port and still enough far away that it's peacefull. Direct on the beach for nice walks with the friendly dogs who live on the beach. Nice pool and room terrace next to it. Friendly staff organised the transfer from and to the port. As I have seen front beach accomodations in the island Nusa Penida, this one is much better than any other which are very basic.
