Very quiet and spacious. Super nice staff. And a big swimming pool. They also connected us to a very good guide that organised to go to the funeral ceremonies, but also a walk in the rice fields, a visite to a market, a visite to the buffalo market, a visite to the graves,…

Really lovely, modern, tranquil hotel - good decoration, kind of a cool "Bali" vibe with concrete, wood and good design. Amazing views of quiet rice paddy fields. Communal area and restaurant is a nice place to hang out in the evenings. Staff are friendly and helpful - and should you need help with planning amazing local guidance for tours/visits to funeral ceremonies and grave sites etc. with excellent knowledge, then ask for Rashid who can help you plan both guides and driver. We went out with Yohannes (guide) and Mingu (driver) and we had such a lovely few days with them; they went above and beyond to make sure we saw everything we wanted and more and were so knowledgeable in sharing information about the local traditions and culture. Highly educational and lovely!

Well run hotel VERY friendly staff. Comfortable bed clean resteraunt has extensive food menu ,even a menu for vegans . Every meal was good and not overpriced. Arraigned a car at normal prices. booked my bus ticket in a couple of minutes. Has numerous areas to chill .and nice decor and gardens.and it’s underpriced.

This place is fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here. Great rooms that were very clean. Great pool and restaurant. The staff are lovely. The location is a little out of town but that is actually really nice as it was quiet and peaceful. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Awesome banana pancakes and good food. Great for kids and we had a room connected to theirs which was great.

Sanggalangi is a wonderful little home stay nestled away from the hustle of the busy street. It is clean, hot water is a plus with abundant quiet seating and eating places on the ground and first floors. Food is outstanding, healthy and plentiful! The home stay is run by a gorgeous team, especially Peso and his lovely wife. Peso is a font of knowledge on everything regarding Toraja culture. I learnt so much. Highly recommended! I have never experienced so much helpfulness anywhere else. The accommodation is clean, in a good location, in a nice environment. Well located and an awesome view from the terrace. But the best part about it is Imanuel and his son. The kindest person you can find which will go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and understand the Torajan culture. We really enjoyed our time with them and would always come back!
