Everything was perfect! The room and bathroom have hot water and are tastefully furnished, all brand new, with a beautiful window overlooking the nearby rice fields where you can enjoy a stunning sunset. The room is well ventilated, which was greatly appreciated! The location is very convenient, right along the main road. However, since the room is set back from the entrance, I personally didn’t notice much noise from passing vehicles. At night, it’s completely quiet. Outside the room, there’s also a wooden balcony with a romantic view of the sunset. Next to the room, there’s a common area with cozy sofas and a wooden table where you can relax, plus a lovely swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, and the roselle tea was a nice touch! Truly one of the nicest and best-value accommodations I’ve found during these three months in Indonesia! The owners are very kind and welcoming. Fernando gave excellent advice on what to see nearby and who to contact for a reasonably priced Rinjani trek, including the best route to take.

Directly next to the beach, cute bungalow with AC and roof ventilator, great staff, huge and beautiful garden, open roof bathroom with view on frangipani and coconut trees, huge and comfortable bed. They even provided moskito repellent if that can disturb you (it didn't disturb us!)

The most beautiful boutique hotel just a short walk from the ferry dock. Highly recommend everyone who is travelling to Gili Air to stay here. The outdoor area is beautiful, clean and secluded, the studio appartment was great and spacious, and the staff is so friendly. There are also cute cats there.

The staff were super friendly and always smiling. They were very attentive during our stay. The property is well-maintained and clean, and the bungalows are beautiful. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the port, 10 minutes to the town center, and 5 minutes to the north beach. I definitely recommend staying here!

I cannot describe well enough in words how amazing stay I had in Melmay. It was definitely the nicest experience during my visit of Indonesia. Agung, Dady, Joe and Iwan are extremely helpful, make you feel very welcomed and they make sure you have everything you need. Also they have a cute kitten Koala. :) I felt there like at home and I wish I would not have to leave. There is a nice swimming pool where you can hang out. Breakfast are also very tasty, you can choose to have an omelette or smoothie bowl and during day you can have water, tea and coffee for free. Rooms are nicely decorated, there is silent A/C and you can ask to have the room cleaned every day. Also, it is conveniently located approximately 500 m from beach and turtle spot. There are 4 bungalows in total, so it foes not get too crowded either.

What’s an amazing stay… I travelled for my 30th anniversary in Bali/Lombok and that was one on my best experience. You are welcomed by a drink and a refresh towel : the best way to start your « farniente » stay on Gili Islanfs. All days long, the staff is close to you, takes care, do their best, juste awesome and that’s mean everything. The breakfast was perfect, it would just need a restaurant on site when you don’t want to go out but everything is too close on this small island, it doesn’t care, you will for sure enjoy your stay in this amazing French hostel. Everything was thought, you won’t missed anything, that was unforgettable. You must try, as a French traveler ou wherever you came from this world eyes closed, you will never forget « your » amazing moment in Solana with that kind of careful, goodwill, caring and lots-of-kindness beautiful team.
