Fantastic location. Modern hotel. Spacious rooms. Property is practically located on the beach. Best of all is the staff and services. The entire journey from Singapore to Bintan and back to Singapore was so comfortable and easy.

Very quiet and comfortable. You can occupy the whole beach. Happy hour gives you very relaxing moments on the beach with good quality of food and drinks at very reasonable price. Restaurants are bit expensive, but a variety of breakfast is more than enough so we skipped lunch. Bringing food may be a good idea because rooms are equipped with a microwave.

Service is impeccable. New luxurious hotel set in a gated resort area with several high end hotels. Very Zen and stunningly beautiful place with amazing lighting of the ground and elaborate pool areas. The pool areas a superbly layed out as too the beach area.

Lagoi is a great getaway place, and only an hour by ferry from Singapore. A wide variety of accommodation and many places to eat. We also went to the sand dunes and 'Blue lake' at Telaga Biru/Gurun Pasir Bintan.

I had a great experience in Lagoi overall.

I had a great experience in Lagoi overall. The hotel was very nice—clean, comfortable, and relaxing. No complaints at all about the hotel or the beach; both were beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for a peaceful getaway. However, the shopping and dining options within Lagoi were quite limited. It would have been nice to have more variety in restaurants and shops to explore. Also, transportation to go outside of Lagoi was quite expensive, which made it a bit challenging to get around or experience more of the area beyond the resort zone. Still, if you're looking for a quiet, beachside escape with a great place to stay, Lagoi is a solid choice.

Four point Bintan was great, staff were very friendly and...

Four point Bintan was great, staff were very friendly and professional even went for extra miles. Food wise got room for improvements, room tv was big but not enough channels wish they had Netflix. Beach was windy, morning breeze was really great but there’s quite a lot of trash so it’s dangerous to walk in barefoot.

Staff in Natra Bintan is extremely friendly with excellence service. This is my 2nd visit and it's still warm my heart! My family enjoyed the entire stay and we won't hesitate to visit again! The Best Hospitality and Friendly Award goes to Mr Agus and Mr Eki, they both demonstrated excellence service and their sunshine smile and attentiveness is truly amazing! And they both have made my TWO visits extremely memorable, THANK YOU!

The room overlooks the swimming pool, offering a splendid sea view. The restaurant's food is delightful, with courteous and attentive serving staff. The hotel's amenities are modern, pristine, and extremely comfortable. We adore the expansive, high-ceilinged, and breezy open-concept lobby. Our three-night stay was outstanding.

We just love the private beach and the serenity and friendliness of the place. Taking a suite is a very good idea, very spacious and a balcony with nice views. Early check in? No problem. Late check out? No problem. Having a bicycle brought over from Singapore, no problem, nice biking trails in Bintan by the way…the kids love the pools and the newly opened cafe. Going to lunch to neighboring resorts (Treetops) and going to Lagoi EcoSafari is a nice little add on to the overall splendid experience.

Three things stand out: a converted passenger ship was a new one for us in the themed hotel class; a great swimming pool, and conveniently close to the ferry to Singapore. The Bintan resort area is frankly a little bleak in my view and impossible to get around without a car. We were there during the week and so few people (the weekend is supposedly crowed with people from Sng). Another thing that was great was the breakfast.

A great place to chill out with a book. Plenty of sun lounges and hammocks available. A lovely long beach with little or no tide effect, other than some areas. A shuttle bus ride to the sister hotel (Nirwana Resort Hotel) which has a large resort style pool. That is the resort if you have kids, not the Mayang Sari. The beach front chalet was comfortable and well fitted out.

The view is stunning. Love the beach access! Breakfast was awesome as it was quite a spread. Love the big pool the most, especially it's rather empty since there are not too many guests yet (the hotel was partially open).
