The breakfast was amazing, huge variety to choose from, every staff member made you feel comfortable and made sure you are well taken care of and served upon. The high standard of the hotel stood out by the hotel staff at ALL levels. The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.

Beautiful historic place. The staff was amazing, food in the restaurant was great, beautiful swimming pool and grounds. The room was super nice with a balcony. Super welcome respite after our Mount Bromo trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.
