A huge thank you to this hotel and its staff — you gave me the best vacation of my life. The hotel is very cozy, and you are taken care of in every possible way. They drove me to a restaurant and recommended delicious dishes worth trying. They took me on a tour, and even though I overslept, the staff did everything they could to make sure I still made it on time. It’s quite difficult to get down to the hotel, but even that stops being a problem because here they will help you get down, drive out, and even bring your bike up the hill! Whatever you need — they will make it happen. And the view from the window, the terrace, and the nightly bonfire add even more to the amazing overall experience. Thank you once again!

We stayed at this hotel before our climb to the volcano. The manager was very friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed discovering this hotel as a new and comfortable place, and when we took a dip in the hot spring, we felt truly blissful. It was amazing! Book it without hesitation. We did 2 days which is more than enough, nothing really to see at the lake, and if you do go to temple, as usual pay to enter, pay sarong, and it’s dirty and pretty average. Mount Batur is however beautiful to view from Kintamani, the Specialty Coffee place was a cool looking establishment will terrible coffee! And as usual a odour that will scare you off. The township is so dirty, all their waste is put over the side of the hill. Sad to see so much neglect and waste dumped in this area which has so much beauty around.

Kintamani is a little village away from the hustle and...

Kintamani is a little village away from the hustle and bustle of the more popular tourist areas. We did the sunrise hike at Mt Batur and it was truly an amazing experience. We went to the hot springs after our hike and it was the best to soothe our muscles after the hike. If you are looking for a quieter area with beautiful volcano views and nature, then I definitely recommend spending some time there. Highly recommend Wayan Kitchen & Bar for a delicious meal and affordable Indonesian wine.

The time period is based on the amount of activities you plan in the area. But if you just want to do hiking up the Mount Batur or only the Jeep in the sunrise - 1 night is enough of stay. The day before and after could be used for getting the views and some restaurants.

We choose this accommodation to see the sunset and sunrise. But because it is also in the middle of nowhere you cannot do anything else than enjoying the magnificent views. A small walk around the area is also very steep so you are kind of bound to the location. You can order food on the premises (small menu) for normal prices and it is cooked with only fresh ingredients, same for breakfast which was also great. But the beds were the best we had in Bali. Definitely recommend.

This place is absolutely hidden gem from busy Bali. Perfect getaway for glamping experience with a fantastic view. We got lucky to have this place just for ourselves and we were the only ones staying here. Beds were comfortable, all the amenities needed were well maintained. The staff made us a bonfire at the night once it got chilly. Highly recommend this place for staying.

Genuinely the most helpful homestay in the most peaceful location. Coffee facilities in the room & even a small welcome gift. Kadek was the most helpful host we have had in Bali & helped with scooter rental, hot spring discounts and a taxi to Ubud. They even have their own little hot spring on site! Room clean & comfortable. Beautiful garden. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great accommodation with magnificent views. The hot springs pool is wonderful. Bed super comfortable, bali coffee delicious. Staff are very helpful and will help you organise anything you need. Food was basic but OK. Breakfast was fine.
