The rooms had a very european feel, great if you had a couple of rough days in more adventurous places and just want some comfort. Food we ordered in the room was also good and very reasonably priced.

I think the staff at the Sentra are really outstanding! We had some things that needed attention and they were on it right away. The front desk was exceptionally helpful. They arranged a number of things for us. Another thing to think about and praise is the food service. Their free breakfast buffet is truly amazing. Because we visit Manado and the surrounding area about every two years to visit her large family, we have ended up staying in quite a few of the area hotels. the Sentra's food is the best of all. And that is saying something. One thing we often order is the Manado porridge, called Bubor Manado among other titles. The Sentra's is the best! Over the course of our month-long trip, we stayed at the Sentra 3 times. We mad friends with the manager, the chef and cook and sevaral waiters. They treated us like royalty honestly. Due to the close proximity to the airport and some of my wife's family, and the excellent excellent service, we now know where we will probably stay on future visits. One other thing; the Sentra is actually connected to one for the area hospitals if you need medical care quickly. I highly recommend this property.

A modern yet traditional and tranquil place to stay while visiting the Lembeh and Bitung area. Pak Alex and his team are ever attentive and helpful. Alex accommodated changed dates and flights etc despite Booking.coms useless customer support. The rooms have recently been refurbished, the hot water hot and everything is spotless. The view over the busy but picturesque Strait is fantastic. Having lived in Indonesia 25 years ago I can honestly say that the food is a good as any home cooked food anywhere with great variation. The other house staff are equally helpful and will happily run an errand to pick up supplies as the place is a tad isolated- even they don’t ask or expect don’t forget to tip. While in the area we did some Muck snorkelling with Ibu Feronika from Rumah Selam who operate near bye-it was awesome. Feronika can also help with highland and nature park tours, plus transport to and from Manado. Can highly recommend.

Room: The stay was amazing, if only we booked more than 1 night! The room was beautiful, it was simple but had everything we needed. The room is very well equipped, with aircon and hot water in the showers. The beds were comfy, we had really good sleep after trekking in Tangkoko. Ardy and his family are amazing, friendly and always there to talk or help you out if needed. We really enjoy talking to them and spending time with them during our stay! And don't worry, they speak really good english too! Guided Tours: We requested for guided tours and his dad and a friend were our guides. They really went all out to ensure we ticked the animals we wanted to see off our list, they are also very good at spotting the animals! Thanks for bringing us through the different terrains and thick vegetation through the rain and sun, we really appreciate it a lot, and also thanks for letting us take our time to capture stunning photographs of the wildlife there. They always ensure that we are well taken care of throughout the whole day! Food: To be honest, I had almost no expectations for the food but WOW they had 4 delicious dishes waiting for us for every meal and also juice. The food was really good and filling, they really ensured that we were well fed for every meal. I would strongly strongly recommend anyone staying there to add on meals, you will not regret it! Overall: Please stay here, it will definitely be one of the most amazing stay in Manado! Thank you all for helping me with my camera lens which got very wet and condensed inside after an adventure out in the rain. Thanks for also preparing a raincoat for my camera during our mangrove trip and keep checking with me if my camera is doing good! Also, thanks for helping me to catch the hornets/ wasps during dinner! If we go back to Tangkoko again, we will definitely choose to stay here again! :D

breakfast is good, well prepared with many varieties. Hotel location is very good with cool weather in mountainous of Tomohon.

I love The Thermal Swimming Pool The staff are very friendly and helpful I stayed in Yama Resort from the 23rd of December 2022 and check out yesterday the 6th of January 2023. I will come back again and that for sure. I will miss my goodtime in this resort once I got home to Europe

Location is great, easy access to beach/water, great views of the main island with its volcanoes from the whole property. Spacious bungalow with a proper porch and hammock. Surrounded by jungle sounds including tarsiers! Very friendly staff that are always up for a laugh. Food was good, also vegetarian friendly. Very knowledgeable dive staff.
