Wonderful place with exceptional service, the room is clean and spacious, design of the whole place is super stylish, staff is friendly and helpful and manager Yanti is always there to help you with all kind of questions, absolutely wonderful person! The whole area is not big but looks so nice, the pool is clean. The beach is quite far, but the staff will take you there on bikes and will pick you up when you ask. We really enjoyed our stay there, highly recommend!

Ayana Segara is one of the several hotels within Ayana Resort and probably the newest one. If you stay in one hotel, you can also use all of the facilities of other hotels. It is not as far from the main hotel Ayana as e.g. Rimba, so that you can reach it within 5 mins with a shuttle which goes often enough. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, very clean and pretty new. Breakfast was totally amazing - a lot of choice for different types of cuisine - from European to Asian and American. Special thanks to iced latte & iced coffee. A lot of fruits, a lot of fresh pressed juices, smoothies etc. Good pastries, Omelettes, waffles, pancakes, Bali cakes, sushi, everything you would wish. Facilities are very well taken care of. You have also a lot of restaurants to visit and chose from. You have kids club and kids play area, also water slides and different shallow pools. We stayed previously in another 5 star hotel on Bali in the same price range and Ayana just beats it in every single point. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and friendly.

It is so beautiful! There are three swimming pools. The room we stayed in was smaller than expected but honestly it was perfect. The bathroom was really clean and they provide soap, shampoo, tooth brushes, etc. the staff were really welcoming throughout our stay. We got complimentary breakfast for all 3 days and the food was just amazing. The beach is walking distance, literally not even 5 minutes away (so close!). There’s a convenient store which is walking distance. If you walk further down there are many restaurants with delicious food too! Honestly wish that I stayed here longer. I definitely recommend this place.

We spent two wonderful days at the hotel, and my husband and I absolutely loved every moment. What stood out most to us was the warm, home-like ambiance that made us feel instantly comfortable. The traditional Balinese furniture beautifully reflected the island’s cultural identity, adding a sense of authenticity to our stay. And the rooftop—what a gem! At night, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the GWK statue, illuminated by stunning lights that made the experience truly magical. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly friendly and kind. Her Sphynx cats frequently visited us, much to my husband’s delight—he’s a devoted cat lover. He especially enjoyed their company while sipping his morning coffee, making the experience even memorable.
