The staff service at the reception counter is friendly and nice. Always put on a smile and it make people feel very welcome, and also it is very near to airport. Easy to get transport from the hotel by calling grab or gojek. Hotel lobby is clean as well as room is also very clean, really pleasant stay at the hotel. There will be a staff at the door help to open the door for you at the lobby. Very thankful to 1 of the staff for helping me to press the lift when seeing my mother having difficulty with her eyesight and also walking problem. Really make my day :) I would rate 5 star for this hotel and staff really have excellent customer service and really make your day for staying at this hotel. It feel like family. Hotel room is really spacious too.

Very clean and super comfy bed. Good bathroom with perfect water pressure. Extremely soft towels.. Close to the airport, in a great location as within a complex with a supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants. The staff is extremely nice. We even had dinner there and the food was good, the chicken very tasty. Amazing value for money! I would go back any time if in the area

Very convenient if you have flights to catch. As it’s only 10km away from the airport. And they also provides pick up and drop off from/to the airport, for free! Definitely going back for my next trip.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was absolutely great. The room was very well priced. The hotel is very well located, just down the road from the train station, two stunning shopping complexes nearby, Deli Park and Centre Point Medan. Could not recommend this hotel more highly.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cambridge Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hotel just in the heart of city. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our early check-in request. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable.
