As of Oct2024 the best value hotel in Bali. Comfort, cleanliness, solitude, surroundings, facility. Nothing comes close in the price range up to 60k/night when considering the aforementioned. Some will be better in certain aspects, but not all. Probably the hidden gem of all hotels in Bali, particularly if you are looking for comfort. Great shower pressure and temperature, great AC, comfy bed, clean sheets, tv with Netflix and Prime, great pool, unbelievable mature gardens, excellent wifi, quiet location but within Grab delivery zone. Within 5km of waterfalls. I've stayed north, south west and east island and this is the best value hotel, irrespective of price. Note- a lot of times ratings are based on cheap price, i.e. "(for 20k) it was a great hotel" though they might not mention price, Invariably the rating is BECAUSE it was cheap and did not suck. This hotel is great regardless of price. Originally booked 7 nights and then extended the rest of my 6 days in Bali at this hotel. Please keep in mind this is not western standards perfection but in Bali terms this is 10/10 at anywhere near this price range.

We had a fantastic stay at Agrapana Villa near Sanur. The villa is spacious, clean, and very well equipped — a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything. The private pool and the quiet surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. But the highlight of our experience was the hospitality. A special thanks to Chris, who went above and beyond during our stay. He personally offered me his motorbike to help me get to the market, which was incredibly kind and genuinely appreciated. It’s rare to meet someone that helpful and caring. Because of the comfort of the villa and the exceptional service, our time here felt truly special. We highly recommend Agrapana Villa and would definitely stay again.

It is remote location with not much accessibility to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Recommended for people who prefer calm and quiet area and has vehicle for commutation. No spas available nearby, need to go to Ubud center.

Staff were amazing.

Staff were amazing. Very helpful this seems to the case in every hotel we have been at in Bali. The area around it is interesting. The rooms were nice with pleasant views. The bath is a bit of a hazard as you can only enter bath, and put on water or open plug from bottom end. We avoided this by just showering but it is an issue for the frail or elderly.

This place was incredible. It's a very quiet and remote area 45 mn from Ubud center. There are many things to do around like tirta empul temple, guna g kawi, tegallalang, river tubing... We loved that they rent scooter and have free bikes to use for guests. There is an amazing ricefield to visit just next to the hôtel. The view from the pool was amazing, our villa very confortable. Breakfast was excellent and the team was super nice,.always do their best to please you. Thank you for everything

The view from the balcony is amazing, breakfasts were very tasty- best we had in Bali. The floating breakfast was beautiful. Same for flower bath. The staff is helpful and you can easily contact them with whatsapp. Hotel arranges the trekking tour to Batur with reasonable prices and I highly recommend it. You can also easily rent the scooter and pay by card.

The restaurant served really nice food, the buffet breakfast had lots of choices and the hotel had a lovely green area with a few ponds for walking around. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area looked very nice.
