Well it was cheap. I paid $14 on booking.com, then the caretaker made me pay $20 in cash to him as he said I couldn't pay on booking.com he didn't speak English. But there was no where else to stay.

it is superb 🤩 it is so calm, quiet and romance, they give us water and beer in the small refrigerator we enjoyed the sunset and the beach from the pool.. it was amazing the bathtub so large and warm the staff is very kind, friendly and humbble she served the delicious breakfast ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars for this i will come back again thank you 💕💕

The property is beautiful and you can see the ocean from the room. The staff was extremely kind and friendly, the wifi was very good, and you could even drive your scooter on the black sand in the sunset. I would gladly return.

For a homestay, it was everything you would want. Very clean, nice big room and well maintained. Staff spoke English, they were super nice and arranged several services for me. We stayed at Arda hotel on our way back from Java and didn’t expect too much, but our experience turned out to be really pleasant! We were checked in at 2 a.m. by the nicest, smiling woman. The room, towels, and bed linen were clean, and everything was in good condition. At 8 a.m., just as we were about to leave, the same friendly woman surprised us with a free breakfast. We hadn’t expected it, and though it was simple (eggs, rice, and coffee), it was a large and satisfying meal. So if you’ve been on the road for too long and need a place to rest, I’d highly recommend Arda Hotel.
