Very helpful staff, especially Mr.Reza. He helped me with the booking of the Airport Train that goes directly to Yogja City Centre. Novotel also provides free airport shuttles to the airport as it’s not walking distance to the airport. The breakfast is delicious. Excellent! In particular, the chef's supervision of buffet breakfast and menu choices and his explanation of Indonesian vegetarian food options was appreciated. Reception desk staff are well trained and friendly. Pool area clean and private. Although the hotel requires tour operators to add time for pick up and drop off, the location is just near the airport.

This is an amazing place to stay in Yogyakarta. The room is spacious with a small private balcony. The bathroom has a separate shower & toilet area so the toilet doesn't get wet when you shower & the water is hot! The bed is very comfortable. In addition there is a lovely kitchen & terrace area with tea, coffee, fridge & cooking facilities. The host, Galuh, & her husband are incredibly kind, generous & welcoming. Galuh has continued to assist us with travel questions after we have left. Without a doubt this is the best place we have stayed in Java, absolutely wonderful.
