Pondok Inggris is part of a wonderful foundation where young local students learn hospitality and especially English. They are absolutely adorable — polite, intelligent, funny, and always caring. Every morning they bring you a freshly prepared breakfast exactly when you want it, together with delicious Lombok coffee. If you like, you can even join them in the kitchen and help — it feels like being part of a big family! They also organize great tours — from visiting nearby waterfalls to even hiking Mount Rinjani! The students will happily take you on their scooters and show you the beauty of Lombok from a local perspective. I warmly recommend Pondok Inggris to anyone who wants more than just a place to sleep — it’s an inspiring and heartwarming experience you’ll never forget. It was great to stay here. It was the perfect spot. We had the full house which is so clean and colorful. Super nice really. The owner is very friendly and try to help as much as he can. The breakfast was also good and it is prepared at his house which is a few blocks away from the apartment. The room was great and comfortable. Price really good. You can reach the city center using grab app! Super close to the bus station (Damri) in case you need to travel to other locations (e.g. you want to go to Flores )

magnificent bed and breakfast, in an extraordinary family and in a quiet and charming little town. Windi welcomed us into her home like her own family, the breakfast is delicious and the coffee a treat. Windi and her husband gave us the pleasure of showing us the jungle for a few hours with her husband, an exceptional timeless moment between coffee plantation, chocolate, palm honey and much more. go there with your eyes closed.

It is a beautifully designed hotel where you can see they have thought of every detail making it a top of the list hotel for Mataram. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the hotel , its rooms and facilities are designed to make you feel 5 stars. The food is good , we only had breakfast which was included with our room but is mainly catered for the Indonesian market. We did enjoy it anyways , specially the herbal teas , the healthy drinks and fruits. Fro is the location was perfect as we needed to run some errands right around the corner. Next day we took a taxi to the airport which was 45 minutes away approximately.
