New ZealandThe room was rustic and quirky, with a comfortable bed, hot water shower and aircon. Tranquil, lush surroundings not far from a village. Our host Robbie was very attentive, and speaks good English. We ate dinner at the homestay, and it was delicious, a simple and traditional chicken dish, with incredible flavors. One of our most enjoyable meals in Indonesia.
This is a great place to break the journey from Sumbawa Besar to the surf beaches further south, or as a place for those seeking peace and tranquility. There is a waterfall approx 1.5 hours walk from the guesthouse, but we were short of time so didn't manage to visit it.
Exceptional value for money.
